Green Salon Collective member salons charge a small, optional £1 Green Fee to generate enough revenue to cover their salon waste recycling costs, and often make a profit.
The majority of GSC salons choose to reinvest their Green Profits into sustainability initiatives, by buying ecohead showerheads, using Replant towels, buying plants for the salon, donating to local charities or doing even more recycling and composting.
